TM Fitness provides online personal training and online fitness classes designed to fit around real life. I support clients across the UK with structured home workouts, strength training, and clear guidance so they can train confidently without needing a gym. Alongside online personal training, I run live and on-demand Clubbercise classes — a fun, high-energy dance workout suitable for all fitness levels. Sessions are accessible, time-efficient, and designed to help improve fitness, strength, and consistency. Based in Teesside, I also offer limited in-person services locally, while specialising in flexible online coaching for busy adults who want effective, realistic training from home.
