Yarm.co.uk is operated by CostelloGlobalTechnology .com. If you are not satisfied with an Enhanced Listing subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact us and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten working days of approval.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your business dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your enhanced features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within the first 30 days you can also request a refund as above.

Billing errors

If you have been charged in error, charged twice or billed after cancelling, tell us and we will have the charge refunded in full, regardless of the 30-day period.
